4. SHIPPING
4.1 Processing Time – Orders typically process within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
4.2 Delivery Estimates
• Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Expedited (U.S.): 1–3 business days after dispatch
• International: 7–21 business days, subject to customs delays
4.3 Tracking – A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
4.4 Risk of Loss – Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, carrier disruptions).
4.5 Undeliverable Packages – Packages returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded (minus shipping) or reshipped at your request and expense.

5.1 Intended Purpose – Drenchthefit apparel is designed for personal, non‑commercial wear during exercise and everyday activities.
5.2 Care Instructions – Follow garment labels and any care guides on the Site. Damage from improper care is not considered a product defect.

6. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
6.1 Return Window – You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Final‑sale items are non‑returnable.
6.2 Return Process – Contact @ drenchthefit.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA may be refused.
6.3 Condition – Items must be in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, odor, or damage.
6.4 Refunds – Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
6.5 Exchanges – For a different size or color, initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest service.
6.6 Defective or Incorrect Items – Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
