Refund policy

6.1 Return Window – You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Final‑sale items are non‑returnable.

 

6.2 Return Process – Contact @ drenchthefit.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA may be refused.

 

6.3 Condition – Items must be in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, odor, or damage.

 

6.4 Refunds – Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.

 

6.5 Exchanges – For a different size or color, initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest service.

 

6.6 Defective or Incorrect Items – Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
